FosterAdopt Connect actively monitors the changing needs of children in foster and adoptive care within the community to identify gaps in available services. To fill these gaps, we search nationally and internationally for best practices to implement and, if none are available, we create innovative solutions to improve outcomes for the children and families we serve.

Want to take control of your Missouri tax dollars? Gifts to FosterAdopt Connect qualify for a 70% Missouri State Tax Credit, which can be applied to your tax liability now or carried forward up to 5 years. That means a gift of $1,000 could cost you as little as $129 out of pocket — all while directly supporting children and families navigating the foster care system.
Any individual or business with Missouri business income may be eligible, including rental property owners, farm operations, S-Corps, LLCs, and more.
