What is the Missouri NAP Tax Credit Program?
The MO Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is a state initiative that supports nonprofit organizations in their efforts to strengthen and revitalize communities. By making a minimum $1,000 donation to FosterAdopt Connect, you can receive tax credits of up to 70% of your contribution, allowing you to reduce your state tax liability while directly contributing to the betterment of our community.

How Will My NAP Donation Be Used?
Children entering foster care often arrive in traumatic situations. Your donation through the MO Neighborhood Assistance Program will fund the renovation of the Mountain Grove resource center. Additionally, your gift funds innovative programs and services that directly benefit foster families and at-risk children in our community. These include evidence-based caregiving strategies and connections to a broad peer network for individualized support and advocacy.
Eligible Donors
- Businesses
- Individuals who operate a sole proprietorship, operate a farm, have rental property, or have royalty income.
- Shareholders in an S-corporation, a partner in a Partnership, or a member of a Limited Liability Corporation.
The NAP Process is Simple
Donation
You make a contribution of at least $1,000 to FosterAdopt Connect for our NAP-approved project
Tax Credits
In return for your donation, you receive tax credits equal to 70% of your contribution, directly reducing your state tax bill
Claim Credits
You can claim these tax credits over a period of five years, ensuring maximum benefit from your contribution
