The FosterAdopt Connect Superhero Challenge is about finding people with both heart and vision. Ideal candidates are changemakers with compassion — people who embody courage, creativity, and community spirit. They see the world not just as it is, but as it could be — and they take action to close that gap.

Are YOU, or someone you know, an ideal candidate for the inaugural FosterAdopt Connect Superhero Challenge? This isn’t about capes or masks, it’s about community showing up, lifting others, and proving ordinary people can do extraordinary things. All candidates will have their own fundraising pages and receive fundraising ideas and social media toolkits. Candidates will be encouraged to set individual fundraising goals with a suggested minimum of $5,000. The superhero who raises the most during the campaign will be awarded the prestigious title of “FAC Superhero Of The Year”, to be announced Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 at “Elevate, A Night Above the City” at Hotel Kansas City.
